End of Season

There is a saying “that all good things must come to an end” and so it is as we look to the closure of the Season of 2025. Again we have had a mixed bag of fortunes with the system categorised at 3 resulting in compulsory catch and release for Salmon.

However we as a club have experienced many enjoyable days on the big Loch with a mixed bag of results. To mark the end of the season we will traditionally be holding our end of season get together. This will be held on Sat 25 Oct, which is the last Saturday of the season. As usual we will have a gathering of hardy anglers spending the day fishing the loch, stopping for a brew up or maybe something a bit stronger before meeting in the club house to regale stories of days gone past and the big one that got away.

To add to your enjoyment of the evening we will have, raffle, some hot snacks, play your cards right and Irish Bingo and of course music and Karaoke.

We look to forward to offering our members a warm welcome and sharing a dram or two through the evening. As a club we encourage our mebers to bring their friends, wives etc.
