On Saturday 7 June 2025, the Vale of Leven and District Angling club held its second annual fun fishing day with their friends from the veterans charity Walking with the Wounded. 14 VOLDAC paired up with 14 veterans and ventured up the Loch in the search for silver. Although many fish came to the boats Salmon again eluded the group. There were two prizes up for grabs one for the biggest game fish and one for the biggest course fish. The winners of the trophies were Course Fish Mo Asif and game fish Robert Jones. Although there two prize winners it could be argued that all who attended were winners as the day was enjoyed by all. This is a short film of our day.
