Fishing competition results

As has been the norm recently with the clubs fishing competitions, yesterday saw another good turnout from the club members. With boats setting off from as early as 6am the competitive edge was there for all to see.

With a variety of weather conditions to contend with the high winds produced a good wave on the Loch increasing the chance of fish being brough to the boat.

This was true for the two winners on the day in the Sea Trout and Salmon categories.

The winner of the Sea Trout category was Masrk Workman Nash, who after being presented with his trophy donated his prize money to the childrens Christmas party. This was a kind gesture and will be put to good use when the kids enjoy the Christmas party.

Winner of the Salmon category is Davy Kirkwood, again pictured receiving his trophy with Robert.
